Skype Rocks…in case you didn’t know.
I have had a skype account for a while now, but until recently, I haven’t had any reason to use it. My Mom is working for a month in Germany. She was really nervous about being lonely, so my brother and I set her up on Skype. My parents live near Des Moines, and my older brother lives in Iowa City. We have had several conference calls with almost the entire family. The fact is that my Mom is further away from her family than she has ever been, but we have talked more in the last few weeks then we do when she is a few hours away. It is all thanks to Skype.
