Puppies!!
So a few weeks ago Nicole told me that a friend of ours found a littler of puppies in the paper. These puppies were labradoodles. Although it may be the stupidest name ever invented, they are actually a cool Mix/Breed. Labradoodles are known as a designer breed. They are suppose to have the positive qualities of both breeds, without the negatives. For example, a golden retriever is a very loving, smart, and good natured pet, but they do shed their fur and can be problems for people who have allergies. A poodle is an intelligent animal that is highly trainable and they do not shed fur. Thus the labradoodle should be a pet that has all of the positive attributes of both, but will not shed as much as a pure bread lab. So, Nicole and I went to looking at these puppies to see if they looked cool enough to be our dog. We found several cute little puppies. We couldn’t decide if we wanted a black female or a golden male. So…..we got both. Lexi and Sam (yes we did call him Duncan for a day or two) are very fun and very smart. They recently had a vet visit in which we found that Sam weighs in at 19 pounds and Lexi is 13. We also found out they both have worms. I’m sure that will be really cheap to get take care of. Anyways, there ya go. I’ll add more pictures in when I take them.
