Two Houses, One Year!
Well, I never would have guessed it when I bought our house that I would buy another one just 8 months later. And Yet, I have just bought another one. After looking at about 15 or so houses, Nicole and I couldn’t find one we could agree on. She said she could live with the one I liked, but she wasn’t excited about it. Then on Sunday we looked at 615 E 2nd St. in Webster City. It was all I could do to keep Nicole on the ground. She jumped up and down and ran all over the house… and that was with our agent walking around with us. So we have made the deal, but we have to wait until we sell our current house before we can close and take possession. Anyway, it’s kinda out in the woods, but is still only like 3 blocks from town. It’s a little small because it doesn’t have a basement, but has some possibilities for getting additional square footage. Overall, it is freaking awesome!! Let me know what you think.
